Science Calling’s aim is to increase interest in science by writing about new research, our island, science activities/events and thoughts on science in a simple and appealing way (with a bit of fun thrown in).
Maria is a graduate of the Smurfit Institute of Genetics, Trinity College Dublin, with experience in the medical science industry. Recently awarded a scholarship to complete an MA in Journalism in Dublin City University (2012/2013).
